The BuildLock Form Board (HW-FORMS) is the exact size of a BuildBlock straight form and is pre-drilled and countersunk, to align to the Hardwall connectors. These panels are intended to be used with 1.75" screws. The edges are tongue and groove to lock panels together and make building hardwall simple and straightforward.
A BuildLock KD Panel is combined with 16 bridges and 16 Hardwall connectors. Then a form board is attached to each connector. The form boards should be treated appropriately before use to ensure they release from the wall once poured. Each form board should be suitable for multiple pours when treated and stored appropriately.
